Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and Handling Charges:

All shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the customer.

Delivery Charges:

• Karachi: PKR 400 

• Other cities in Pakistan: PKR 500 (An additional PKR 350 per article applies if the order includes more than two articles.) delivery via TCS 

• International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your shipment and will be displayed at checkout.

All international deliveries are shipped via DHL, one of the most trusted and reliable international courier services. If a client wishes to opt for a cheaper alternative, they may WhatsApp us to explore available options. However, this will be done entirely at the client’s discretion and responsibility. 

 

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

We’d like to clarify that the brand is responsible for ensuring your outfit is handed over to DHL on time. The waybill and tracking details are shared with the client for complete transparency. After this point, the brand holds no responsibility for the shipping process.

If a parcel is held up due to customs clearance issues at the destination country, it is important to understand that such matters are entirely beyond the brand’s control. These delays or complications fall under the jurisdiction of DHL and the destination country’s customs authorities.

Once the parcel has been dispatched and is in DHL’s custody, the brand cannot be held liable for any customs delays, clearance issues, or additional charges that may arise. Our responsibility ends once the tracking and waybill have been shared with the client.
