Refund Policy

Neha Faisal Atelier does not offer cash refunds. A refund may only be issued on credit/debit card orders if the customer cancels the order before payment is made.

Every article is made to order unless stated otherwise. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.  

If an article is found to be defective or if the parcel is delivered wrong. we may accept a return. However, we will first attempt to fix the issue and send you a new piece no refunds will be provided when the wrong piece is returned to us .
